1.How do I consult an astrologer on Astropage?
Browse the available astrologers, review their profiles and expertise, then choose chat, call or video where the astrologer offers it. A consultation needs a wallet balance of at least ₹50 or active free time, and you are only charged once a session actually starts.
2.Is my personal information secure?
Your birth details are visible only to the astrologer in an active session, and only while it is live. They are never shown publicly or shared with other astrologers, and our moderation blocks attempts to share or request phone numbers, emails or social handles.
3.How do I book a puja?
Open the Puja page, choose the puja you want and follow the booking steps. Your bookings and their status appear in your account.
4.Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Any session under 60 seconds is refunded automatically. For a longer session, leave a review describing your concern and we will look at it case by case within 2 business days. Completed consultations are not refunded for a change of mind.
5.Is the Kundali report accurate?
Your Kundali is calculated from your date, time and place of birth using astronomical (ephemeris) calculations, so its precision depends on how accurate those details are — especially the birth time. Astrology offers guidance, not certainty.
6.Can I use Astropage on my mobile phone?
Yes. The website works in any phone browser, and the Astropage app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
